Cat Morgans has been practising yoga for over 15 years. Originally training as a Sivananda teacher, she has gone onto practise Astanga and Ivenger yoga.
To teach these specialised classes she has trained extensively with Birthlight and Sitaram and contines to update her training.
She is also a fully trained Pilates teacher in both matwork and studio equipment. Elements of pilates work are incoporated into the classes.
